Licence
Veylux is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless stated otherwise here. You may use it for personal purposes on devices you own or control.
Your responsibility for access
Veylux has no way to reset your password or recover your data. You are responsible for keeping your master password and recovery key. If you lose both, your data is permanently inaccessible. We are not liable for data loss resulting from lost credentials, device loss without a backup, or deletion by you or by sync.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you store. You must only store content you are entitled to hold. We cannot see your content and do not monitor it.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase, with prices shown in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Introductory offers apply once per subscription group.
Your data and Premium
If a subscription ends, you can still open, export and recover everything you stored. Only adding items beyond the free limits and Premium-only features are unavailable.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Security statement
No software is perfectly secure. Veylux describes its protections and limits in its security documentation. It has not been independently audited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where permitted by applicable law, the courts of Madrid, Spain have jurisdiction over disputes.
