Summary

Veylux does not collect, transmit or sell your personal data. We operate no servers for the app and there is no account.

Data that stays on your device

The photos, videos, documents and metadata you add are encrypted and stored on your device. We have no access and no copy of any key.

iCloud

If you enable sync, encrypted vault files are stored in your own iCloud Drive container. Apple processes that data under its own terms; we cannot read it.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple. The app only learns whether your Apple ID has an active entitlement. We do not receive your payment details.

Permissions

• Photos: to import the items you choose and, only when you confirm, to delete the originals.
• Camera: to take photos and scan documents directly into the vault.
• Face ID: to unlock the app. The biometric data is handled by iOS; Veylux never receives it.

Analytics and tracking

None. No advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us anonymous crash reports. They contain no vault content.

Children

Veylux is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For any question write to [email protected].
